O’ Neill Fitness 6 Week  Online Programme

 

If you are fully committed to getting in the best shape you can while increasing strength and are willing to put in the work necessary, then this programme is for you.

​

This programme consists of

  • Tailored diet specific to you and your goals

  • Sample recipes

  • 28 unique workouts

  • Instructional videos to every exercise in the programme

  • The guide weight to be used for each exercise is calculated for you (discretion is advised)

  • Direct communication with myself

Upon signing up you will be given a self-assessment sheet to be filled out and returned. You will be required to fill in your gender, weight, goal etc. This is used to create your diet.

You will also assess you 1, 5 or 10 rep maxes for a number of different exercises e.g. bench press, deadlift, squat etc. These figures are used to calculate the weight to be used for each exercise. This is gone into more detail in the programme.

This is a tough programme, but if you are up for the challenge, I look forward to hearing from you.
